From Reverse Engineering to Manufacturing

3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering The process begins with the digitization of the mounting environment. Using 3D scanners, we capture precise data, eliminating the need for invasive vehicle modifications.

Design & CFD We utilize Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to analyze and optimize airflow performance before any physical prototype is built.

VR Verification Design ergonomics and aesthetics are subsequently verified in a Virtual Reality (VR) environment, ensuring a perfect fit and look.

Additive Manufacturing Production is carried out using FDM and SLA technologies. We use industrial-grade materials (ASA, Nylon-Carbon, engineering resins) engineered to withstand high temperatures and UV radiation.
